How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay and debit or credit card. Payment details are shared once your order is confirmed.
Why do you confirm stock on WhatsApp before I pay?
Because units are handled individually, not tracked by a live inventory system, we confirm the exact length, texture and quantity are in stock over WhatsApp before you send payment. It avoids the frustration of paying for something we can't actually fulfill right away.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying?
Message us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped or gone into production yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it. Once a custom wig is in production, changes are no longer possible.
Do you offer payment plans?

Bundles
How many bundles do I need for a full head?
As a general guide: 2 bundles for lengths up to 14", 3 bundles for 16"–22", and 3–4 bundles for 24" and up. A closure or frontal is added on top to complete the front hairline, and thicker natural hair may need one bundle fewer.
What's the difference between a closure and a frontal?
A closure covers a smaller section (typically 4x4" or 5x5") and is meant to sit at one part. A frontal spans ear to ear, allowing you to part the hair anywhere along the front hairline and pull it into higher styles.
Can I mix textures across bundles?
We recommend ordering bundles and closures/frontals from the same texture batch so the pattern and color match seamlessly once installed.
Wigs
What's the difference between 180% and 200% density?
Density describes how full the wig is. 180% gives a natural, everyday fullness, while 200% is noticeably thicker from root to tip — a good choice if you prefer a fuller look or plan to style with volume.
What cap sizes do you offer?
Standard cap sizes run small, medium and large based on head circumference. Custom wigs can be built to your exact measurements — send us your circumference, front-to-back and ear-to-ear measurements when ordering.
HD lace vs. transparent lace — what's the difference?
Transparent lace is a thin, close-to-skin lace that works well across a range of skin tones. HD (high-definition) lace is even finer and nearly invisible once melted into the skin, but requires more careful handling during install.
What does glueless or wear-and-go mean?
A glueless wig uses adjustable straps and combs built into the cap so it can be worn securely without adhesive — ideal if you want a quick, damage-free install you can take on and off daily.
How long does a made-to-order custom wig take?
Custom wigs are built to order once your measurements and specs are confirmed. We'll give you an exact date on WhatsApp when you order.
Textures & color
Can this hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes — because it's 100% virgin human hair, it can be dyed, toned or lightened. We still recommend a strand test and, for major color changes, having it done by someone experienced with virgin hair to protect the cuticle.
Which textures hold a curl pattern best?
Burmese curly, kinky curly and italian curly hold their pattern the longest with minimal upkeep. Straight and body wave can be curled with a wand but will need re-styling more often since they don't have a natural set pattern.
Will colored wigs fade over time?
Some fading is normal with any dyed hair, especially with sun exposure and frequent washing. Using sulfate-free, color-safe products and washing less frequently will slow this down considerably.
Care
How often should I wash my unit?
Roughly every 7–10 wears for straight and body wave textures, and every 10–14 wears for curlier textures. See our full care guide for a wash-day walkthrough.
Can I swim or exercise in my wig?
Yes, with a little prep — rinse with fresh water before swimming and wash with a clarifying shampoo after. See the care guide for the full routine on chlorine and sweat.

How fast does my order ship?
In-stock bundles, closures and frontals ship within 2 business days. Custom wigs are made to order and ship once production is complete. Full details are on our shipping & returns page.
Can I return or exchange my order?
